FALL...for a day

While the calendar has said it was fall for several weeks now, it has not really felt like it. Most of my fall family portrait sessions have been a case of families dressed for fall weather and then sweating it out through the session. We finally had one of those perfect fall afternoons where the temps were just right and what little color was left popped in the low sun. And it just so happened that day was full of a few of my favorite families. I've been doing portraits for this family for 9 years now, starting with the newborn portraits of their oldest, Carson. And when I moved to Nashville, they followed close behind ( I like to think it was to stay close to me, but it was just a happy coincidence). Now the Carson and Claire are growing too fast and their little brother Tye is next level cute and has the personality to go with that cuteness. I love being apart of a families memories like this and am already looking forward to our next get together.
